Shipping policy
At GC Riley & Company, we do our best to make sure your package is delivered in a safe and timely manner. However, GC Riley & Company shipping is handled directly through UPS, USPS, or DHL Express for online sales. Once a package leaves our facilities, we have no control over shipping and handling. Rates, handling after packing, tracking, lost packages, and delivery timing are all the responsibility of UPS, USPS, or DHL Express, depending on the carrier you choose to ship your order. Any questions regarding these topics, or other shipping related concerns/issues, should be addressed through UPS, USPS, or DHL Express. Currently shipping is only offered domestically in the United States of America.
For fresh fruit orders, it is recommended to choose a shipping option that is two-day or less, to ensure fruit quality. This is especially important during warmer periods of the year. If the chosen delivery time frame is greater than two days, fruit quality could potentially begin to decline. GC Riley & Company IS NOT responsible for this or the delivery method/time frame that is chosen.
